Quality Control Inspection
Quality control inspections verify product quality and quantity to predetermined specifications.
Typical quality control inspections include four primary steps.

Product Inspection ensure product quality at every production stage, verify quality at the source so that you don’t end up paying for the defective product. Internal Production check (IPC)
An Initial Production Check is an on-site Product Inspection performed before your production begins. A preliminary inspection of all machinery and materials to be used in your production, first piece inspection is also performed during IPC. An IPC is an early-warning system that safeguards your product against costly failure.
During Production Check (DUPRO)
A During Production Check is an on-site product inspection performed during production and before packed for shipping. A DUPRO keeps your production on the right track and schedule.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
This is your final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is finished and packed; making it an effective tool to safeguard your product against costly import risks.
The advantage of Pre-shipment Inspection from an independent third party gives you the peace of mind that your order has been filled successfully before it is dispatched.
Container Loading and stuffing Inspection (CLI)
A Container Loading Check is the final step in the manufacturing process. Ensure that the final details of your product are correct and actual ordered quantity securely loaded onto your container, before signing off.
The entire container loading process is strictly supervised to ensuring all product quantity as per packing invoice. A CLC also reduces risk of damage during shipment.
Production Monitoring and Expediting

In Production Monitoring our inspector performs every day monitoring of your production.
